Connect with Others | Surrender to God | Make a Difference
What’s The Point?
So what’s The Point? EXACTLY! So many young adults have turned away from God and the church asking that very question. They think church isn’t relevant, that people are hypocrites and that God is illusive. At The Point we want to build a community that is authentic, deals with real issues, and seeks the truth and presence of God at all costs. We are a group of 20 to 30-somethings who want to connect with one another, grow deeper in our walk with God and make a difference in the world around us.
For the young adults ministry to be a place where all feel like they belong, God’s presence is felt and friendships are created. It’s to be a place where people are encouraged, empowered and challenged to stand up for what they believe in. They are affirmed in their unique calling yet unified in purpose, and a difference is made in individuals, in the community and throughout the world for the glory of God.
